New Litter

Producing outstanding Toller (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever) puppies requires tremendous efforts and attention to details. Before mating we have to consider not only the structure of the male and female and performance abilities of the Tollers, but there are numerous health checks and genetic considerations to analyze. Progressive Retina Atrophy  (PRA), Collie Eye  Anomaly (CEA), Hip and Elbow X-ray, Cardiac and Thyroid evaluations, Juvenile Addison's Disease (JADD), Cleft Palette are many of the health attributes to evaluate in both dam and sire of the prospective litter.  After deliberation and considering our options we have bred; Can CH HRCH UH Vermilion's Eureka Crossroads MH WCX,  "Euri" to CH Vermilion's Bold Bid At Bodanna WC, JH, "Bid".
We have eight toller puppies that are a compliment to the breed. With the hunting ability and the champion blood lines of Euri along with the structure and performance of the bloodlines of Bid we are excited about this litter. We will be keeping three of the males for our own hunting and performance activities. Waterfowl and upland hunting are just more fun when we have our Tollers with us.
